The broken bottle holds carnage in its eye With the grains of trepidation in the shards Rain falls and echos escape through the remnants It speaks of fullness as a disguise Smashed to pieces of a raging moment And in the reflection; faces Each one a page full of virtues Of memories unspent The broken bottle Holds a library of souls Along a crooked brick alleyway Soon forgotten by the streetlamps What a bottle can do In the spirits that escape in times of anguish Spirits to demons to rage A prince in his castle of bottles and sickness

It happened after the war. The whispers. The fact that there was a war is irrelevant, but it provides some context on the state of our society. Now, if you are so medically inclined, or scientifically able, you must understand the risk going into this endeavor. To find a cure. The illness begins with a high fever. It then develops flu like symptoms. This is where most patients are abandoned. The pathogen supposedly attacks the brain and nervous system.
